This awesome team is responsible for all sound production needs for the various services and events. Functions include front of house and monitor mixing, record- ing, etc. All live sound production needs for Impact Church (onsite and offsite as needed) are also executed by this team. Some setup and breakdown is required.
*Most functions (but not all) in this depart-ment are skilled functions and would require previous experience and/or the ability to learn various tasks required in a live production environment. Must be available for weekly rehearsals, scheduled Sundays and Wednesdays and special events as required.

Marketing & Communication (MARCO)
Commitment:The Marketing & Communications Project Department supports the marketing and communications efforts of Impact Church as projects become available. Serving on this team is a secondary service to your primary service. Some projects include writing, editing, proofing, assisting with printing/distribution of materials, e-market- ing, etc. Members of the team should have access to email and laptop/computer to complete assignments. Volunteers may be asked to download certain web-based platforms to assist in their duties. Assignments are as needed and may require anywhere from 30 minutes up to 6 hours or more of time. Some assignment may be virtual, and some may be onsite at Impact Church.
This team ministers through the powerful ministry of the Word
in song during services and special events.Talented singers and musicians here is a wonderful outlet for you to
use your gifts!Auditions required.

This team is responsible for the videography and photography of
our worship experiences and special events. Other areas of the team include
character generation, video production and editing, etc. Most functions (but
not all) in this department are skilled functions

Support coordinates the setup and display of lyrics to the songs ministered
during worship services, as well as corresponding scriptures during messages.

This creative team uses their gifts to glorify God in our
services and special events through drama, dance and more.. There are even
opportunities on stage and behind the scenes!(B) – Behind the Scenes● This
area assists in coordinating the service components for the worship
experiences and productions, including timing, lighting, etc. Some
pre-service responsibilities may also be assigned.

This is a loving team that assists families after the passing
of their loved ones. They assist in
coordination, caring for and ministering to the needs of families at
homegoing services. Members should be

This trained team covers the weekend and midweek services in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord. This team creates an environment where children are
consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in
the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, small groups,

Relentless Youth Ministryis dedicated to young people in 6th - 12th grade. Lifted offers various programs, and
ministry of the Word.Our youth ministry is committed to promoting
ongoing growth and development in the youth of this generation. Duties include interacting with youth,
overseeing departmental meetings and rehearsals, and various other responsibilities
while serving as a sound biblical example. Background check required.
Commitment:Must be available on scheduled Relentless Nights (2nd
Wednesdays) and some availability for special events and small (ex. Youth
Camp, etc.) and small group facilitation.
The goal of the HIS Department is to give persons who are Deaf or have a disability, the opportunity to KNOW GOD and to receive the full Truth of God’s Word, as they discover their purpose! Opportunities on this team are:MONTHLY• Play games, dance help set up events with people who have special needs. A person with special needs has various developmental delays that require specific accommodations so he or she can reach their potential. Our volunteers help fill the gap in the social skill development.
Events occur on campus as well as offsite.•Be a “Buddy” to a person with special needs during a worship service or during a “Buddy Break” respite care time on a Saturday. Respite care means the parents of children with special needs get a much-needed break by bringing them to Buddy Break where we take care of their child in a safe, learning environment. Training is provided. Background check is required.•Become a driver to help transport people with special needs to worship service or special events. Training is provided.TWICE A MONTH• For those who know sign language; accurately interpret the spoken Word deliv- ered during worship ser vices into American Sign Language (ASL). Present Worship and Praise, Creative Components, etc. in sign language.• For those who may have special needs – join our. Special Forces: these are volunteers with special needs given tasks specifically tailored to match the individual’s gift. These tasks include but are not limited to assisting ladies with books and bags, maneuvering stairs and safeguarding personal items, joining a praise or dance team, may include some administrative tasks and assisting with Small Group. Must be avail- able on scheduled Sundays, Wednesdays and special services.
Celebrate Recovery:Our Christ centered 12-step program provides support for individuals seeking freedom from hurts, hangups, and habits. Program includes dinner and groups for youth, children, and adults. For those working with youth and children a back- ground check is required at your own expense. Team members provide logistical support; they may teach lessons and/or facilitate groups after completing the 12- step process. Must be available every Tuesday. Required time-6:30 p.m.-9:5 p.m.
Community Connections:Great way to get people connected to opportunities to serve their community! Compassion Areas include orphan care, human trafficking, abortion alternatives, homelessness, and Arlington. Members facilitate all church-wide outreach events as well as service evangelism opportunities for small groups and others. Members receive training to share Jesus without fear and may also manage administrative and logistical needs for events. As scheduled by team leadership; times for events will vary. Ministry facilitates campuses in several adult and juvenile facilities and assists with transition following incarceration. Team members host wor- ship services, facilitate small groups, and teach practical life skills classes. Must be available on scheduled Wednesdays and/or Saturdays.Go! Global Missions:This team plans and implements global missions experiences for congregants and other applicants, providing stateside and in-country support to mission trip leaders and participants. Team members also receive mission trip leader training. As sched- uled by team leadership; times for meetings and events will vary.
This amazing team has the privilege of assisting those who want to publicly declare their love for Jesus! This group of men and women support the logistics of Water Baptisms once a month by passing out towels, toiletries, clothes, etc. for Baptism Sunday. They will also handle the sign in process for all baptism candidates. Must be available on the 1st Sunday of months when scheduled.
We believe that real life change takes place in the context of
relationships. As a Small Group Leader, you have the greatest opportunity to
connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts and live out
the Great Commission.
Commitment:Leaders have the opportunity to plan and lead a weekly 60-90
minute small group for a minimum of one semester. There are three semesters per year: January
- May, June - July and September -
December. Leading for more than one
semester is optional.
Dream Team Central (DTC) Host TeamThis awesome team will greet and host all of our Dream Teamers by fostering a lov- ing, fun, high-energy environment. The DTC Host Team Responsibilities will include setting up the refreshments and room décor, setting up beverages (Including Getting Coffee Decanters from the Café and Ice from the Kitchen), breaking down and cleaning up at the end of the serve day, restocking and inventory of refreshment items, creating fun themes/interactive ideas for Dream Team Central and assisting Dream Team Members as needed.
This enthusiastic team is on the move providing transportation
to those who need assistance getting to Sunday services. Occasional support provided for Impact
Church sponsored events and ministries.
Commitment:Must have a clean driving record and class “E” license.Varied
serving options available including scheduled Saturdays or Sundays.
This talented team provides behind the scenes culinary support
for the ministry. Responsible for all
assigned food purchase, production, execution of events, and clean up. New team members assigned to a training
team for a minimum of 90 days.
Commitment:Must be available to serve on all scheduled Saturdays, Sundays,
Wednesdays and special events during

This team assists with any medical issues that may arise during services or special events. Must have a medical background to include: MD, RN, LPN, CNA, MA, Para- medic/EMT, Fireman, *Allied health professional (specialty certified Medical tech- nicians: i.e Radiology, Ultrasonography, Respiratory etc.), with current CPR and/or basic first aid or willingness to obtain. Assessment skills are necessary in this role.Must be available on scheduled Sundays and Wednesdays.
Helping HandsThis is an awesome team for those who have a fluctuating
schedule. This team does not have a
regular serving pattern allowing members to arrive on a service day when
their schedule permits. They are
placed in areas that may need a “helping hand” during that service.
Commitment:Flexible schedule; serve as available. Intended as a temporary beginning Dream
Team until schedule is stabilized.
This team assists IC volunteers/staff with computer and network
system issues. They assist the I.T. outsourced provider
with trouble shooting onsite during Sunday and Wednesday services. Members are not required to be software
subject matter experts.
Members of this team use the gift of giving to help fulfill the
vision of Impact Church. Through strategic financial offerings above their
tithe, they support projects impacting our city, state, nation and world.

Team responsibilities will include Service WOW Factor Moments such as: T-Shirt Launches, Give-A-Ways, Food Distributions, etc., Greeting and checking in guests arriving for Baby Dedications, Wedding Coordination assistance for onsite ceremonies, Decorating for Sermon Series such as Movie Mania, etc.
